There is a large free car park in front of the venue. Inside there are separate male and female toilets. There is a cafe situated on the mezzanine floor serving hot and cold snacks and drinks.

The venue is on the ground floor. There are a number of steps and a ramp at the entrance to the venue. The toilets and the arena are situated on the ground floor. The cafe is situated up a flight of stairs on a mezzanine floor.
